What is included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes unlimited holdings in one portfolio, manual entry and CSV/Excel import, the curated model library, performance tracking, drift detection with alerts, and cash-flow rebalancing. No credit card is required to sign up.
How does the 14-day Pro trial work?
Every new Pro subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial — if you decide not to subscribe, your account simply returns to the Free plan when the trial ends. Nothing is charged automatically.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel at any time from your account settings — there are no lock-in contracts. Your data remains accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
How do payments work?
Payments are processed securely by Stripe in Australian dollars. You can pay monthly or yearly with any major credit or debit card. Crowdfolio never stores your card details.
